Alton Mamiya, Commissioner/Director
Officiating from youth leagues to high school to NCAA Division II, Alton Mamiya has been involved with basketball for over 20 years. He served two seasons on the OBRA board as well as serving as Vice President in 2012-13. A veteran of OIA and HHSAA state championships, he works full-time for the Department of Defense (DOD) as a Federal Police Officer for the past 10 years.

Mike Ishikawa, Treasurer/Director
Mike Ishikawa served on the OBRA board and as treasurer from 2011 to 2013. A basketball official for the past 26 years, he has worked 7 OIA championship games. (2009, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018) He has worked several HHSAA State Championship games including the 2012 boys division I final and the 2016 girls division I final. He currently works for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center developing software and performing weapons analysis.

Tom Yoshida, President
Entering his 41st year of officiating, Tom Yoshida served on all levels of officiating and management. Since 1993, he served as an instructor and later as President, Secretary/Treasurer and Board member from 2005-11. On the court, Yoshida has worked 13 HHSAA state championship games including the 2022 HHSAA Div. 2 girls championship. In 2005 he served on the NFHS Basketball National Rules Committee as the officials’ representative. He currently works in the Communications department at Kamehameha Schools after working at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa and the Hawaii High School Athletic Association.

Dan Coda, Education, Lead Instructor
Entering his 16th year of officiating, Dan Coda sits among the top officials in the State of Hawaii. A high school official since 2008, Dan worked to become a college official in 2010 (NCAA Division 2) and worked both NCAA women and is on staff with the Big West Conference (men's). He also worked eight OIA championship games and three boys state title games. Dan serves as a Financial Planner for Coda Financial Group. He has been working as a financial advisor since 1997 and is a Registered Financial Consultant.
Entering his 16th year of officiating, Dan Coda sits among the top officials in the State of Hawaii. Barry Nakayama, Secretary, Assignor
Entering his 17th year of officiating, Barry Nakayama performs many tasks throughout the association. For the past 6 years, Barry has kept the records and served as an assistant instructor. On the court, he works a full schedule of varsity games and earned assignments to 4 OIA championship games. Barry works for the United States Postal Service since 1995.
